I placed my order because everything was showing as in stock, but later found out some of it wasn’t actually available. Then when the delivery arrived, one of the items was wrong too. Customer service did get it sorted in the end, but it took a fair bit longer than you’d expect for something that should’ve been straightforward

I ended up needing to return my order, i was expecting it to be more of a hassle. The return process itself was straightforward, which was a relief. The refund did take a bit longer than I hoped, so I kept checking back, but in the end it all got sorted out fine. Not perfect, but definitely easy enough overall.

I’ve been waiting for a reply and I’m starting to wonder if I even contacted the right place. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it really feels like no one is getting back to me. Frustrating.

I ordered a few kitchen bits from Nisbets and, they’ve held up well so far. I know some people can be picky about this sort of thing, but the stuff feels solid and definitely not cheap or flimsy. Delivery was fine too, nothing to complain about really. I’m giving 4 stars only because one item had a small mark on it, but it wasn’t a huge deal and the quality overall seems good...

I bought a few bits from Nisbets the prices felt a bit much for what I actually got. After ordering, I had a look around and found the same or VERY similar stuff cheaper elsewhere, which was frustrating.
I’m fine paying extra when the quality actually feels better, but in this case it just didn’t really stand out. For me, it didn’t feel like GREAT value for money.

I ordered a few kitchen bits from Nisbets and, to be fair, most of the order arrived in good condition. I think I just expected the delivery to be a bit smoother and quicker than it ended up being, so the extra couple of days felt a bit frustrating, especially with not many updates along the way.
Everything did turn up eventually and the packaging was decent, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the tracking had been clearer and the estimated delivery dates were a bit more reliable, because my expectations were definitely a bit higher.
